Silicone Oil Drum Heater

1. Our Ready to Go Series offers drum heaters made with silicone rubber in high IP class, they are the ideal solution for heating substances in damp and outdoor conditions stored in steel drums. The drum heaters are mounted on to the outside of the drum and heats for example water, fats, butter, sugar, glucose, chocolate, oils, diesel, lubricant oil, and other industrial liquids and substances indirectly.

2. This kind of drum heater has a high surface load, is flexible and easy to mount by simple spring fixing. A knob control unit with adjustable working range 30-150°C is included in the package.

3. Two drum heaters can be used on your drum to reach higher temperatures.

4. Keeps your drum warm and prevents it from freezing

5. For plastic drums, it is recommended to keep the thermostat set below 100°F (37°C)

6. Knob Controller Working Temperature Range:86 to 302degrees F (30 to 150 degrees C)
